Accessibility Statement

Statement Prepared: July 14, 2026 · Reviewed Annually

1. Our Commitment

The World Conservative Forum is committed to ensuring that www.thewcf.com is accessible to the widest possible audience, including individuals with visual, auditory, motor, and cognitive disabilities. Our target standard is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium, and we design, build, and review the Site with that standard as our benchmark.

2. Measures We Take

  • Semantic page structure, descriptive headings, and a “skip to content” link on every page to support screen reader and keyboard navigation;
  • Text alternatives for meaningful images and non-text content;
  • Color and contrast choices intended to meet WCAG 2.2 AA contrast ratios;
  • Full keyboard operability for navigation, menus, and forms, with visible focus indicators;
  • Responsive layouts that support zoom up to 200 percent and reflow on mobile devices without loss of content or functionality;
  • Accessibility review as part of our ongoing site development and content publication process.

3. Conformance Status

The Site is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA, meaning that some content may not yet fully conform to the standard. We are engaged in ongoing development work to identify and remediate accessibility barriers, and this statement is reviewed and updated at least annually.

4. Compatibility

The Site is designed to be compatible with current versions of major browsers and with widely used assistive technologies, including JAWS and NVDA on Windows, VoiceOver on macOS and iOS, and TalkBack on Android.

5. Known Limitations

Certain third-party content and services made available through the Site, including embedded media, external platforms linked from the Site, and portions of the member Portal operated with third-party software, may not fully conform to WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Where we identify barriers in third-party components, we work with the relevant providers to improve accessibility or to provide an equally effective alternative upon request.

6. Feedback and Assistance

We welcome feedback on the accessibility of the Site. If you encounter an accessibility barrier, or if you require content in an alternative format, contact us at accessibility@thewcf.com or by mail at The World Conservative Forum Corporation, Attn: Accessibility, Dallas, Texas. Please describe the issue and the page on which it occurs. We aim to respond within five business days and to provide the information you were seeking in an accessible manner.
