The WCF and the prospective principal define scope, entity, engagement model, and expected outcomes. An engagement letter or retainer agreement is presented.
Engagement
The active relationship begins, with principal access to the appropriate services, network, and platform of The WCF. Monthly deliverables, introductions, and briefings as defined.
Integration
High-fit principals are invited into the broader ecosystem as advisors, fellows, or forum participants. Formal designation by The WCF and ecosystem integration follow.
