Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of www.thewcf.com and its subdomains (the “Site”), which are owned and operated by The World Conservative Forum Corporation, a Texas corporation headquartered in Dallas, Texas (“WCF,” “the Forum,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), on behalf of itself and, where indicated, The World Conservative Institute, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit educational organization. By accessing or using the Site, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Site.

2. Nature of the Site; No Offer; No Obligation

The Site is provided for informational purposes and to permit qualified persons to request an introduction to the Forum. The Forum operates on a selective, by-invitation basis. Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer of securities or a solicitation of investment. Nothing on the Site creates any obligation for the Forum, the Institute, or any affiliated person to proceed with any introduction, engagement, membership, transaction, or relationship, each of which remains within the Forum’s sole discretion and subject to separate written agreement.

3. No Professional Relationship or Advice

Content on the Site is general in nature and is not legal, investment, tax, accounting, or other professional advice. Use of the Site, submission of a Request for Introduction, or attendance at a public program does not create an attorney-client, advisory, fiduciary, or similar professional relationship with the Forum, the Institute, or any of their respective principals, officers, directors, employees, or contributors. You should consult your own qualified advisors before acting on any information obtained through the Site.

4. Eligibility

The Site is intended for individuals eighteen years of age or older. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you submit is accurate and complete.

5. Requests for Introduction and Other Submissions

Submitting a Request for Introduction or other inquiry conveys no right to admission, engagement, or response. Except for personal data governed by our Privacy Policy, any information, ideas, proposals, or materials you submit through the Site are non-confidential, and you grant the Forum a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and act upon such submissions for its lawful purposes without compensation or attribution. Do not submit confidential or proprietary information through the Site.

6. The Portal

Access to the Portal is limited to persons authorized by the Forum. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account, and you agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. Portal access and participation in Forum engagements are governed by separate written agreements, including any applicable confidentiality and non-attribution rules; those agreements control over these Terms in the event of a conflict. The Forum may suspend or terminate Portal access at any time in its sole discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

The Site and all content, materials, and features made available through it, including text, publications, graphics, photographs, video, audio, interface elements, and source code (collectively, “Materials”), are owned by or licensed to the Forum and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws of the United States and other jurisdictions. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Subject to these Terms, the Forum grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Site and to view, download, and print Materials solely for your personal, non-commercial use, provided you retain all copyright and proprietary notices. You may not otherwise reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, republish, or commercially exploit any Materials without the Forum’s prior written permission, which may be requested at legal@thewcf.com.

THE WORLD CONSERVATIVE FORUM, THE WORLD CONSERVATIVE INSTITUTE, the WCF medallion, and the phrase “Liberty, Leadership, Legacy” are trademarks or service marks of the Forum or its affiliates. Nothing on the Site grants any license or right to use any mark without prior written consent.

8. Prohibited Uses

  • Use the Site in any manner that violates applicable law or regulation, or for any fraudulent or harmful purpose;
  • Violate or attempt to violate the security of the Site, including by probing, scanning, or testing the vulnerability of any system, breaching authentication measures, or accessing data not intended for you;
  • Use any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access the Site, or harvest or collect information about other users, without our prior written permission;
  • Conduct text or data mining on, or use any Materials to train, fine-tune, ground, or otherwise develop any artificial intelligence or machine learning model or system, without the Forum’s express prior written permission;
  • Impersonate the Forum, the Institute, or any principal, member, or employee, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
  • Interfere with the proper working of the Site, including by introducing malicious code or imposing an unreasonable load on our infrastructure;
  • Frame, mirror, or deep-link to the Site in a manner that misrepresents its source or sponsorship.

9. Third-Party Websites

The Site may contain links to third-party websites provided for convenience only. The Forum does not control and is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party sites, and a link does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation.

If you believe in good faith that material on the Site infringes your copyright, you may send a notification of claimed infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. § 512, to our Designated Copyright Agent: The World Conservative Forum Corporation, Attn: Copyright, Dallas, Texas; email: copyright@thewcf.com. Your notice must include the elements required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), including identification of the copyrighted work, identification and location of the allegedly infringing material, your contact information, a statement of good-faith belief, and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act for the copyright owner, together with your physical or electronic signature. The Forum may remove material alleged to be infringing and may terminate the access of repeat infringers.

11. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND ALL MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AND UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION. VIEWS EXPRESSED IN MATERIALS ARE THOSE OF THEIR AUTHORS AND DO NOT NECESSARILY REFLECT THE VIEWS OF THE FORUM OR THE INSTITUTE.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEITHER THE FORUM NOR THE INSTITUTE, NOR THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, PRINCIPALS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR CONTENT PROVIDERS, WILL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT WILL THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF THE FORUM AND THE INSTITUTE ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, SO SOME OF THE FOREGOING MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Forum, the Institute, and their respective officers, directors, principals, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Site.

14. Governing Law; Venue

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that any such dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts sitting in Dallas County, Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

15. Changes; General Provisions

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on the Site with an updated “Last Updated” date; continued use after posting constitutes acceptance. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remaining provisions will remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any separate written agreements between you and the Forum, constitute the entire agreement regarding the Site.
