1. Organizational Structure
“The World Conservative Forum” and “The WCF” refer to a coordinated architecture operated through two distinct legal entities. The World Conservative Forum Corporation is a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Texas and headquartered in Dallas, Texas. It conducts the Forum’s private advisory, media, and convening operations. The World Conservative Institute is a nonprofit educational organization recognized as exempt from federal income tax under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. It conducts the Forum’s educational and charitable programming.
The Corporation and the Institute are separate legal entities. Each is responsible solely for its own obligations, and neither is liable for the obligations of the other. References on this website to “the Forum,” “the WCF,” “we,” or “our” are for convenience and do not merge, combine, or attribute the activities or obligations of one entity to the other.
2. The World Conservative Institute (501(c)(3))
The Institute is organized and operated exclusively for educational and charitable purposes. Contributions to the Institute are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. Copies of the Institute’s most recent financial disclosures, including its IRS Form 990, and any disclosures required under state charitable solicitation laws, are available upon written request to info@thewcf.com. Where state law requires specific solicitation disclosures, those disclosures are provided at the point of solicitation.
Consistent with Section 501(c)(3), the Institute does not participate or intervene in any political campaign on behalf of, or in opposition to, any candidate for public office, and no substantial part of its activities consists of attempting to influence legislation. Any advocacy, advisory, or media activity conducted by the Corporation is undertaken separately from, and is not attributable to, the Institute.
3. The World Conservative Forum Corporation
The Corporation is a Texas-registered corporation headquartered in Dallas, Texas, with activities conducted in Washington, DC and London, England through affiliates. The Corporation’s engagements are undertaken pursuant to separate written agreements with its principals and clients and may be subject to confidentiality and non-attribution rules specified in those agreements.
4. Independence, Funding, and Attribution
The Forum is privately supported. The Forum receives no funding from any government at any level and performs no government contract work. Views expressed by authors, speakers, contributors, and participants in Forum programs and publications are their own and do not necessarily reflect the views of the Corporation, the Institute, their respective boards, or other principals. Participation in a Forum program, and any reference to a person or organization on this website, does not constitute an endorsement by the Forum, and no such endorsement should be implied.
5. No Offer of Securities
This website does not constitute an offer of securities or a solicitation of investment in any jurisdiction. Nothing on this website creates an obligation for the Corporation, the Institute, or any affiliated person to proceed with any transaction or relationship.
